Privacy

Data Deletion

Direct instructions for deleting data or disconnecting an integration.

Requests are free and never require passwords, tokens or identity documents to be emailed.

Direct contact

How to submit a request

Never email passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, complete card numbers or identity document copies.

Minimum data

How we verify a request

Where there are reasonable doubts about identity or account control, we may ask for confirmation from the same address used in the request or another minimal form of proof. We will not ask for a Meta, Instagram or email password.

Scope

What will be deleted or disconnected

  • Enquiries, notes and meeting data under our control, including a deletion request to Cal.com where applicable.
  • Meta Platform Data under our control, tokens, cached identifiers and technical connections associated with the user or asset.
  • On request, content or campaigns created through the application that the API allows us to delete or cancel.

Disconnecting the application does not automatically delete a Facebook or Instagram account or all content on it. State in the request if you also want posts or campaigns created by the application removed. Accounts, invoices and other records controlled directly by Meta must be managed through Meta tools.

Immediate control

Data stored in the browser

Planner answers, comparisons, attribution and preferences can be removed through browser site-data settings. “Manage cookies” allows consent to be withdrawn and analytics cookies to be removed.

Response

Timing and legal exceptions

We will acknowledge and respond without undue delay, normally within the legal period of one month. If a request is complex, we will explain any permitted extension and the reason for it.

Some data may be kept where required for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention or legal claims. Retention will be limited to the data and period strictly required.
