The Wedding Day Management service is for couples who want to customize just the wedding day details 
but have the need of a full support and experience of a wedding planner.

The certainty that everything the bride and groom envisioned for their day happens without any unexpected events,
without being concerned about schedules and suppliers.

We started with a briefing questionnaire after all suppliers were contracted, to fill out our entire planner.

We will understand all the objectives of your marriage and read all the contracts.

1 visit/technical meeting with suppliers.

1 meeting with the bride and groom 10 days before the wedding to present and approve the final guidelines and schedule.

We prepare and send the wedding day schedule to the suppliers.

Attendance on the wedding day (the number of people depends on the number of guests).

We always go to the bride’s house to “line up the troops”.

Ceremonial protocol.

Placement of menus, souvenirs, missals, cones.

Coordination of all moments throughout the day.

Party hygiene and cleanliness check.

Monitoring throughout the event.

Confirmation of contracted/placed items.

After the wedding we still have the event report.
