Contract

Rita Silvana Mesquita Araújo da Cruz (hereinafter referred to as Sisters VIP Wedding Planner) makes available this contract signed between both parties, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

This information in this contract is confidential and therefore cannot be passed on to third parties.

1. The only people guiding the wedding are the Sisters VIP Wedding Planner company. 

2. Food must be provided for the work team, either in the event hall or in an adjoining room next to the hall. Traveling to nearby restaurants is out of the question.

3. The bride and groom agree and allow Sisters VIP Wedding Planner to use the photos and the film for self-promotion on the web (Send a message to inform your consent or not)

4. Facebook and the blog are our virtual storefronts, where we publish some of our works, through careful management that is managed by Sisters VIP Wedding Planner, having no obligation to the client, in publishing them.

5. All trips inherent to the organization of the event are added to the value of the contract, the value of (€0.55 per kilometer + tolls), (a kilometer map will be prepared and shared with the bride and groom)

6. Payment terms are as shown.

7. Cancellation of the reservation/wedding results in the complete loss of any payment made to date and payment of compensation in the amount of €1000 + VAT

8. Postponing the wedding for some pandemic reason or some reason on the part of the bride and groom is possible, bearing in mind that after communicating the postponement, the bride and groom have up to 1 month to give a new date and subject to availability of the company Sisters VIP Wedding Planner. There will be an increase of 10% on the total value of the service due to inflation, the increase in the price of materials and by suppliers.

9. The working day ends as soon as there are no longer any reasons inherent in our management of the wedding day.

10. Considering the type of event in question, it is assumed that the participants and guests are aware that a photographic and video report will be carried out and that they tacitly authorize the collection and use of both their own images and the images of minors present and in in relation to which they are holders of parental responsibilities

11. It is the sole responsibility of the bride and groom to inform the company of opposition to the collection and/or use of the image by any of the participants or guests of the event.

12. We look for the best suppliers in each area, however we are not responsible for their performance or accountability. Each one is responsible for their actions, however we will do everything to ensure that they fulfill their obligations.
