This privacy policy describes the practices of Rita DaCruz company (henceforth designated by Sisters VIP Wedding Planners) with respect to the information collected from users who access our site at https://weddingplanner.pt or otherwise share personal information with us.

Personal Data Processing Regulation

1 – The processing of personal data will comply with the documented instructions of the controller, including with regard to transfers of data to third countries, unless required to do so by Union or Member State law to which it is subject , in this case informing the controller of this requirement, before proceeding with this transfer, unless such information is prohibited for reasons of public interest;

2 – Guarantees that persons authorized to process personal data have assumed a confidentiality commitment or are subject to adequate legal confidentiality obligations;

3 – It adopts all treatment security measures, namely:

    * i) pseudonomization and encryption of personal data;

    * ii) the ability to ensure the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of treatment systems and services;

    * iii) ability to restore availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident;

    * iv) have a process to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the treatment.

4 – You will only hire another processor if the Controller authorizes it or, in case of prior authorization, notify the Controller of the hiring of a processor who must comply with all processing obligations arising from the RGPD;

5 – It will provide assistance to the controller through appropriate technical and organizational measures, to allow it to fulfill its obligation to respond to requests from data subjects with a view to exercising their rights;

6 – Will provide assistance to the person responsible for the treatment in order to ensure compliance with the obligations regarding security in the treatment, notification to the control authority and holders in the event of a breach of personal data, assessment of the impact on data protection and prior consultation, as provided for in articles 32 to 36, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available;

7 – Depending on the option of the person responsible for the treatment, it will delete or return all personal data after completing the provision of services related to the treatment, deleting the existing copies, unless the conservation of the data is required under Union law or the Member States;

8 – Will provide the controller with all the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations incumbent on the processor and facilitate and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the controller or by another auditor for this mandate;

9 – You undertake to immediately inform the controller if you consider that any instruction violates the GDPR or other provisions of Union or Member State law on data protection.

10 – Non-compliance with these duties and verification of the non-existence of compliance guarantees is the basis for terminating this contract with just cause.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Visitors to the website cannot download or extract any location data from images on the website.
